Sauté onions over medium high heat until soft and translucent, then put in a mixing bowl. Sauté mushrooms over high heat for about 3 minutes until browned, then add to the onions along with the cooked Cauliettes® and all remaining ingredients. Mix well, then using your hands moistened with water, shape into 8 large or 16 small balls. In a frying pan, pre-heat a thin layer of oil over medium high heat and fry the balls on all sides, about 1- 2 minutes per side until light brown. May be served with marinara sauce.
