Combine the Cauliettes® with minced onion, eggs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cheese, breadcrumbs, and cottage cheese. Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil and a pat of butter over medium-high heat. Add Cauliettes® mixture to the pan, and press down gently with spatula to flatten. Cook until golden brown, flipping/stirring occasionally as needed until cauliflower and onion cook through.
